Review || TRESemmé Heath Defence Spray.

I've had a lot of questions recently wondering was my hair real and I can confirm its all natural, not an extension in sight. However having such long, natural hair means its a bit difficult to look after and it also takes hours to dry naturally. TRESemmé Heath Defence Spray is definitely what keeps my hair in tact throughout the year. I have been using this for years and its the main reason how I can keep my hair long and healty(ish) looking.  Recently I've been blow-drying my hair more than ever before and this is when I realised I had taken the TRESemmé Heath Defence Spray  for granted. It has been a complete lifesaver since I started college as I don't have time to let my hair dry naturally. 

The packaging is the generic TRESemmé packaging just like there shampoos and conditioners. The product itself smells amazing and leaves your hair smelling fresh for days. I apply the TRESemmé Heath Defence Spray while my hair is damp and then brush through. Usually when I run the blow-dryer through my hair  it's left frizzy and straw like in texture but with the TRESemmé Heath Defence Spray the effect of the hairdryer is minimised and my hair doesn't feel dry. It only cost €6.29 which is amazing value considering how long it lasts.  Its widely available and can be purchased from boots and most high street drugstores.

Would I Re-Purchase? Definitely, this little miracle is one of the few products I use to keep my hair in good condition. It also protects your hair when your applying any kind of heat such as straighteners or curlers. I've tried a few different heath defence sprays and this is definitely my favourite so far. It is well worth a purchase if you apply heat to your hair regularly.
