Review || Gelly Hi-Shine Nail Paint.

I am a massive fan of Barry M; their nail varnishes are my absolute favourites along with Essence and Catrice. I was so excited to try the Gelly Hi-Shine Nail Paints when they came out a few months ago because so many of my favourite bloggers from around the world had been raving about them so much. However I still can't decide whether I love them or hate them? I don't know whether it is my inability to paint my nails but to my disappointment they don't live up to the hype.
Don't get me wrong they are good but not extraordinary. I was expecting them to feel like a gelish polish but they just feel a little thicker then the normal polishes and I still need at least two coats over a base coat. Most people say they don't chip and have an amazing lasting power but unfortunately on the top of my nails they begin to flake away. However it's not all bad; my favourite thing about these is the colour range. I have seen these at various prices in different stores and the cheapest is River Island for €5.

Would I Re-Purchase? Even though I prefer the normal nail paints I am still buying these simply for the colour range! I picked up Papaya and Prickly Pear and absolutely love both shades I just wished the quality was a tad bit better for the price.

Have you tried Barry M Gelly Nail Paints? Are you as torn as I am?
